OCCP has contracted with 3-Tier Alaska with 3-Tier Alaska (Fairbanks), Travis Peterson Environmental Inc, (Anchorage) and Northern Land Use Research Alaska (Fairbanks) to assist in routing delineation, wetland, biological, and archeological resource identification, and design of access/maintenance road from Makushin Bay to the power house site.
Work started in the summer of 2020 and is progressing where permit applications were submitted on October 20th, 2020 for a planned start of construction in April 2021.
